January 2011  -  New inboard leading edges and ribs have been manufactured and are about to be installed.  Hand stripping of paint from gunbay area of wings almost complete. New rear spar top doublers have been manufactured - awaiting installation. New set of alumumium flash guns have also been manufactured.

THE BOYS HAVE BEEN BUSY!!!!June 2010.  All wing hydraulic system components currently in overhauled or finished to original paint specifications.  All drop tank plumbing has been manufactured ready for installation.  All wing hardware, bolts, anchor nuts replaced with new hardware and crack checked.  Two control columns completely dis-assembled, new bearings, new hardware, new alloy castings installed - all crack checked.  2 wing sets of gun access and ammo doors fully restored and repainted to original spec. ready for installation.  All gun bays in process of being fully restored and awaiting painting.  Final pre assembly carried out of new Instrument panel.  New fresh air ducts system into 2 canopy systems awaiting assembly.  New radiator cores and tank plates in process now.  All wheel well castings crack checked.  All magnesium components replaced with new Billet alloy CNC machined casting.  All wheel hydraulic pipes being manufactured with new tube.
